Savasana & Song by Val Moogz
During Term 2, Savasana & Song by Val Moogz will be run on the first Friday of each month in Narooma and the second Friday of each month in Batemans Bay.
In a world that often over-stimulates the senses and demands us to 'do' more, Savasana & Song invites you to simply 'be' and to find rest at the end of your week in extended savasana. A unique opportunity to settle into guided meditation and pranayama and experience 60 minutes of candlelit relaxation whilst Hannah Matysek (also known as Val Moogz) tunes you into the sense of sound with gentle serenades.

NeighbourGOOD Sessions
NeighbourGOOD Sessions are live music events held on the third Friday of each month in various locations around the Eurobodalla Shire, showcasing local original acts in alternative and intimate settings (for example, your backyard).
The next NeighbourGOOD Session will be held on Friday, 17th May and details will be released soon. Tickets are $20 per show with ticket fees going to the artists that perform and the host of the evening.
Vocal Workshops
Discover how to play the instrument you were born with by tapping into your voice's truer power, resonance and clarity with a 1.5 hour workshop with Val Moogz. This workshop will provide you with some practical tools for looking after your voice, as well as increasing vocal projection in ways that will support you as you sing and speak.
During Term 2, Vocal Workshops will run in Batemans Bay and Narooma. Book your spot using the links below!

Womxn Make Music Retreat
The Womxn Make Music retreat will take place on the last weekend in June, as the final event of Queerobodalla's Pride Month (details coming soon).
This weekend is designed for women and non-binary artists who are wanting to develop their music and performance skills and aims to see an uplift in the number of women and non-binary performers in the Eurobodalla Shire. Running over three days, attendees will have the opportunity to attend multiple workshops foussed on developing skills necessary to pursuing a career as a professional musician ranging from sound and tech, to rhythm and playing with other people, to marketing and artist development, and more.
